Service Description: The National Ocean Service's Center for Operational Oceanographic Products and Services (CO-OPS) Stations map service contains the locations of present and historical stations around the US and its territories that record oceanographic and meteorological observations.
Data:
Layers served are active water level stations, historic water level stations, active currents stations, historic currents stations, meteorological stations, conductivity stations, and water temperature stations. Please refer to the specific layer description for more information or visit https://tidesandcurrents.noaa.gov/.
Raw data have not been subjected to the National Ocean Service's quality control or quality assurance procedures and do not meet the criteria and standards of official National Ocean Service data. They are released for limited public use as preliminary data to be used only with appropriate caution.
