Service Description:

Climate Predictive Center Seasonal Precipitation Outlook Web Service consist of layers of seasonal precipitation forecast probabilities for the U.S. for the next 13, overlapping, 3-month seasons

Update Frequency: Monthly - 3 PM last day of Month and Seasonal - Third Thursday of Month 8:30 Eastern
